Lighthouse

About

A space to return to yourself

Slow down. Reconnect. Come home.

I didn’t begin this work from theory.

I began it from my own experience.

For many years, I followed a structured path.
On the outside, everything made sense.
But inside, something felt disconnected.

There was a quiet feeling that something deeper was missing —
a longing for truth, for understanding, and for a different way of being.

That is where my journey began.

A space to return to yourself

That longing led me to something deeper.

Lighthouse was born from that place.
A space for women who are ready to remember —
to soften, to feel, and to come home to themselves.

Through my own process, I began to understand
how much of what we feel and experience
is shaped by what lies beneath the surface.

Our emotions, patterns, and reactions are not random.
They are connected to our history, our family system,
and the parts of us we have not yet fully seen.

And slowly, things started to make sense.

There were moments in my life that asked me to slow down,
to face what I could no longer ignore,
and to meet myself in a different way.

Those moments shaped the way I hold this work today.

Not in a logical way —
but in a deeper, more embodied way.

I began to relate to myself differently.
With more awareness.
With more honesty.
With more compassion.

And naturally, this changed the way I relate to others.

My work is shaped both by my personal journey
and by years of training in systemic, trauma-informed,
and body-based approaches.

Today, I guide women through this same process

Family constellations

To reveal hidden dynamics and bring clarity to what you are experiencing.

Somatic and nervous system work

To regulate the body and create a sense of inner safety and stability.

Emotional and relational awareness

To gently understand your inner world and your relationships.

Guided reflection and integration

To make sense of what emerges and bring it into your everyday life.

I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in depth, in presence, and in real change that comes from understanding.

This is the space I hold.
