There were moments in my life that asked me to slow down,
to face what I could no longer ignore,
and to meet myself in a different way.
Those moments shaped the way I hold this work today.
Not in a logical way —
but in a deeper, more embodied way.
I began to relate to myself differently.
With more awareness.
With more honesty.
With more compassion.
And naturally, this changed the way I relate to others.
My work is shaped both by my personal journey
and by years of training in systemic, trauma-informed,
and body-based approaches.
