REGISTRATION

All event and session registrations are subject to confirmation by Lighthouse Journey. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. By registering for any of our offerings—retreats, workshops, individual sessions, or group programs—you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT

Fees for retreats, circles, constellations, or other offerings are listed on our website or shared directly via email or social media. Lighthouse Journey reserves the right to adjust these fees at any time.

Any bank transfer or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant. For selected offerings, we provide the option to pay in installments. To arrange this, please contact us directly at: alisa@lighthousejourney.net

Note: Specific application or administrative fees may vary by event or program.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you register only if you are sure of your availability and your intention to participate fully. If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email.

30 days or more before the event: The event fee (excluding application/administrative fee) is refundable.

6 to 29 days before the event: 80% of the event fee (excluding the application/administrative fee) will be refunded.

0 to 5 days before the event or after it has started: No refund is possible.

Application/administrative fees are non-refundable. Transfers of bookings to another event or date may be considered in exceptional cases and at the discretion of Lighthouse Journey.

Lighthouse Journey is not liable for any costs incurred from canceled travel or accommodation. Please consider travel insurance if necessary.

EVENT CANCELLATION BY US

In the rare case that an event must be canceled by Lighthouse Journey, 100% of any paid fees will be refunded or transferred to a future event. However, we cannot be held responsible for any other related costs (e.g., flights, hotel bookings).

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

Your well-being—physical, emotional, and mental—is your own responsibility. While we strive to create a safe and nurturing space, you agree to participate at your own risk.

Please inform us prior to your participation if you have any medical, psychological, or physical conditions that may impact your involvement. Always listen to your body and emotions; if something doesn’t feel safe or aligned, you are encouraged to pause or step back.

Lighthouse Journey assumes no liability for injuries, emotional distress, or loss of personal belongings during events or sessions.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By participating in any activity offered by Lighthouse Journey, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand the nature of the activities, including emotional and somatic processes such as family constellations, embodiment work, and introspective practices.

You affirm that you are capable of participating without causing harm to yourself or others.

You release Lighthouse Journey, its founder, and team members from all liability arising from your participation.

You take full responsibility for your behavior and decisions during and after the program.

USE OF PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Photos or videos may be taken during events and used for promotional purposes by Lighthouse Journey. By registering, you consent to this use unless you notify us in advance in writing. Any content taken by participants is for personal use only and must not be shared or sold without written permission.

USE OF MATERIALS

All written, visual, or recorded materials provided during sessions, events, or via our website/social media—including meditations, exercises, frameworks, and presentations—are the intellectual property of Lighthouse Journey. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

1:1 SESSIONS AND PACKAGES

All sessions must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full or deducted from your package.

Packages are valid for 3 months from the purchase date unless another arrangement is made.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS

Some retreats or group events require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In such cases, if the minimum is not met, we may reschedule or refund accordingly.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

AGREEMENT

By registering for an event, program, or session with Lighthouse Journey, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
